Principles of personal data processing and protection

If you are my customer, newsletter subscriber or website visitor, you entrust me with your personal data. I am responsible for their protection and safety. Familiarize yourself with the privacy policy, principles and rights you have in connection with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Who is the administrator?

I am a B.Sc. Ľubomír Lopušek - Freelancer, ID 43395953, with registered office at Tomášikova 59, 058 01 Poprad, Slovak Republic, who operates the website ll-freelancer.sk. I process your personal data as an operator. I determine how personal data will be processed, for how long and for what purpose. I choose any other processors who will help me with the processing.

I declare, as the operator of your personal data, that I fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legal regulations, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and thus:

I will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular legitimate interest, fulfillment of a contract, legal obligation or consent. Pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR, I fulfill the information obligation before starting the processing of personal data. I will enable and support you in exercising your rights according to the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

Scope of personal data and purposes of processing

I process the personal data that you entrust to me for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

1. Provision of services, fulfillment of the contract. Your personal data in the scope of e-mail are necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. sending access to the application, sending an online course, delivery of goods, etc.).
2. If you are a customer, I need your personal data (invoicing data) in order to fulfill the legal obligation to issue and register tax documents.
3. Marketing - sending newsletters. I use your personal data (e-mail and name), gender, what you click on in the e-mail and when you most often open it for the purpose of direct marketing - sending business announcements. If you are my customer, I do so out of legitimate interest, as I reasonably assume that you are interested in my news, for a period of 3 years from the last order. If you are not my customer, I send you the newsletter only based on your consent, for a period of 3 years from the date of issue. In both cases, you can withdraw this consent by using the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
4. Only on the basis of your consent can I send you inspirational offers from third parties or use your e-mail address, e.g. for remarketing and targeted advertising on Facebook, for a period of 3 years from the date of granting your consent. This can of course be revoked at any time via my contact details.

I store your personal data for the duration of the statute of limitations, unless the law provides for a longer storage period or I have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies

When you browse my website, I record your IP address, how long you stay on the website and which page you come from. I perceive the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of websites as my legitimate interest as an administrator, because I believe that thanks to this I can offer you even better services. Advertising targeting cookies will only be processed based on your consent. My website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.

Security and privacy

I protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. I protect them as if they were my own. I have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

My colleagues have access to your personal data. In order to secure specific processing operations that I am unable to secure myself, I use the services and applications of intermediaries who can protect data even better than me and specialize in the given processing.

They are providers of the following platforms:

Moxie - an application for managing clients, projects, accounting, proposals, calendar, invoices and time tracking.

Google - Google Analytics, Google Ads

Accounting firm

It is possible that in the future I will decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve the quality of processing. I promise you that in such a case I will place at least the same demands on the processor in terms of safety and quality of processing as on myself.

Transfer of data outside the European Union

I process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on the decision of the European Commission.

Your rights in relation to data protection

You have right to information, which this information page already meets with the principles of personal data processing. Thanks right of access you can ask me at any time and I will provide you with evidence within 30 days that I process your personal data and why. If something changes about you or you discover that your personal data is out of date or incomplete, you have  the right to your personal data supplement and change.

Right to restriction of processing  you can apply if you believe that I am processing your inaccurate data, you believe that I am processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all data, or if you have objected to the processing.

You can limit the scope of your personal data or the purposes of processing. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of the processing for sending business notifications.)

Right to data portability

If you would like to obtain your personal data and transfer them to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access - with the only difference that I will deliver/send the information to you in a machine-readable form. I need at least 30 days here.

Right to erasure

Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). I don't want to forget you, but if you want, you have the right to do so. In that case, I will delete all your personal data from my system and from the system of all subcontractors and backups. I need 30 days to secure the right to erasure.

In some cases, I am bound by a legal obligation, e.g. I have to keep records of issued tax documents within the statutory period. In that case, I will delete all such personal data that are not bound by any other law. I will inform you by e-mail about the completion of the erasure.

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that I am not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time with your complaint. I will be very happy if you inform me about this suspicion first, so that I can do something about it and correct any mistakes.

Unsubscribing from newsletters and commercial announcements

I send you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are my customer based on my legitimate interest. If you are not yet a customer, I will only send them to you based on your consent. In either case, you can unsubscribe from my emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in every email I send.

Silence

I would like to assure you that my colleagues who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of your personal data. This one confidentiality continues even after the termination of the contractual relationship. Your personal data will not be provided to any other third party without your consent.

These principles of personal data processing are valid from 11/15/2024.
