GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These general terms and conditions ("GTC") govern the relationship between the service provider ("Provider") and the customer of services ("Customer").

1.2. Provider Bc. Ľubomír Lopušek - Freelancer (IČO: 43395953) provides services in the field of website creation, graphic works and illustrations, creation of blogs and e-shops, advertising and promotional activities, SEO optimization and copywriting.

1.3. Tieto VOP sú v súlade so zákonnými ustanoveniami Slovenskej republiky, najmä so Zákonom č. 513/1991 Zb. (Obchodný zákonník) a Zákonom č. 102/2014 Z.z. (o ochrane spotrebiteľa pri predaji na diaľku).

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services based on an individual agreement between the Provider and the Customer.

2.2. Services are provided based on an order confirmed by the Provider.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. The price for services is determined by agreement between the Provider and the Customer.

3.2. Payment is made on the basis of the issued invoice with the specified due date.

3.3. The provider reserves the right to demand an advance payment before starting the implementation of the service.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES

4.1. The provider undertakes to provide services properly and within the agreed scope.

4.2. The customer is obliged to provide all necessary documents and information for the implementation of the service.

4.3. The provider is not responsible for interventions by third parties in the work or its improper use.

5. DELIVERY TERMS

5.1. The date of delivery of the service is determined individually and is subject to agreement.

5.2. The Provider is not responsible for delays caused by the Customer or third parties.

6. COMPLAINT TERMS

6.1. The customer is obliged to report reservations about the delivered service without delay, no later than 7 days after receiving it.

6.2. In the event of a justified complaint, the Provider undertakes to repair or replace the defective part of the service.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1. The Provider processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

7.2. Personal data will not be provided to third parties without the consent of the Customer.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. These General Terms and Conditions take effect on the day of their publication on the Provider's website.

8.2. The provider reserves the right to change these GTC.

8.3. Legal relations between the Provider and the Customer are governed by the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
